LenseTrack منصّة سحابية لإدارة محلات البصريات (المبيعات والفواتير الإلكترونية والمخزون والمحاسبة والموارد البشرية)، وهي منتج مملوك ومُشغَّل من مؤسسة باديا العرب للمقاولات العامة (Badia Al-Arab General Contracting Establishment)، السجل التجاري (الرقم الوطني الموحد) 7015939494.

البيانات التي نجمعها
نعالج البيانات التي تُدخلها الشركات المشتركة (محلات البصريات) في المنصة لتشغيل أعمالها، وهي:
- بيانات الشركات العميلة: اسم المنشأة وسجلها التجاري ورقمها الضريبي وعناوين فروعها وبيانات الاتصال وبيانات الاشتراك.
- بيانات عملاء المحلات: الاسم ورقم الجوال والبريد والعنوان، وسجل المشتريات والفواتير والمدفوعات، والقياسات البصرية (الوصفات) التي يسجّلها المحل، وبيانات التأمين الطبي عند استخدامه.
- بيانات موظفي المحلات: الاسم والبريد والجوال والدور والصلاحيات، وبيانات الموارد البشرية والرواتب والحضور التي تُدخلها المنشأة.
- بيانات تقنية: سجلات الدخول وعنوان IP ونوع الجهاز لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
المحل (الشركة المشتركة) هو المسؤول عن بيانات عملائه وموظفيه، ونحن نعالجها نيابةً عنه ولتقديم الخدمة فقط.
واتساب للأعمال (WhatsApp Business) من ميتا
تستخدم المنصّة منصّة WhatsApp Business المقدَّمة من شركة ميتا (Meta) لإرسال رسائل نيابةً عن المحلات المشتركة إلى عملائها: الفواتير وإشعارات جاهزية الطلبات والتذكيرات، والرسائل التسويقية. تُرسل الرسائل التسويقية فقط للعملاء الذين وافقوا على استقبالها من المحل، ويمكن للعميل إيقافها في أي وقت. تُمرَّر إلى ميتا البيانات اللازمة لإيصال الرسالة فقط (رقم الجوال ونص الرسالة)، وتخضع معالجتها لدى ميتا لسياسات ميتا.
لا نبيع البيانات
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف لأغراض إعلانية. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل المنصّة (الاستضافة، النسخ الاحتياطي، رسائل واتساب، هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك لإصدار الفواتير الإلكترونية)، أو حين يُلزمنا القانون.
الاستضافة والنسخ الاحتياطي
تُستضاف المنصّة على خوادم مؤمَّنة، والبيانات معزولة بين الشركات المشتركة. نأخذ نسخاً احتياطية مشفّرة يومية تُحفظ لدى مزوّد تخزين سحابي لحماية البيانات من الفقد، والاتصال بالمنصّة مشفّر (HTTPS).
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة اشتراك المحل. الفواتير والسجلات المحاسبية تُحفظ المدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة السعودية (ومنها أنظمة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك). بعد انتهاء الاشتراك أو طلب الحذف تُحذف البيانات أو تُجهَّل، وتزول من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال دورة الاحتفاظ بها.
حقوقك
يحق لك طلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو إيقاف الرسائل التسويقية. إن كنت عميلاً لأحد المحلات فتواصل مع المحل أولاً، أو معنا مباشرة وسنتولّى الطلب معه.

Who we are
LenseTrack is a cloud platform for optical stores (sales, e-invoicing, inventory, accounting and HR). It is a product owned and operated by Badia Al-Arab General Contracting Establishment (مؤسسة باديا العرب للمقاولات العامة), Commercial Registration (Unified National No.) 7015939494, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Data we collect
- Client companies: business name, commercial registration and VAT numbers, branch addresses, contact and subscription details.
- The stores' customers: name, mobile number, email, address, purchase, invoice and payment history, optical prescriptions recorded by the store, and medical-insurance details when used.
- The stores' employees: name, email, mobile, role and permissions, and the HR, payroll and attendance data entered by the business.
- Technical data: sign-in logs, IP address and device type, for security and abuse prevention.
Each subscribing store is responsible for its customers' and employees' data; we process it on the store's behalf only to provide the service.
WhatsApp Business by Meta
The platform uses WhatsApp Business, provided by Meta, to send messages on behalf of subscribing stores to their customers: invoices, order-ready notifications, reminders and marketing messages. Marketing messages are sent only to customers who have consented to receive them from the store, and customers can opt out at any time. Only the data needed to deliver a message (mobile number and message content) is passed to Meta, whose processing is governed by Meta's policies.
We do not sell data
We never sell, rent or share personal data for advertising. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, backups, WhatsApp messaging, and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority for e-invoicing), or when required by law.
Hosting and backups
The platform runs on secured servers with data isolated between client companies. Encrypted daily backups are kept with a cloud storage provider to protect against loss, and all connections use HTTPS.
Retention
We keep data for the duration of the store's subscription. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Saudi regulations (including ZATCA). After a subscription ends or a deletion request, data is deleted or anonymised and disappears from backups within their retention cycle.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or stop marketing messages. If you are a customer of a store, contact the store first, or contact us directly and we will handle the request with the store.

حذف البيانات — Data deletion
لطلب حذف بياناتك راسلنا على info@lensetrack.com مع رقم جوالك أو بريدك المسجّل واسم المحل إن وُجد، ويتم الحذف خلال 30 يوماً من استلام الطلب، ونؤكّد لك ذلك بالبريد.
To request deletion of your data, email info@lensetrack.com with your registered mobile number or email (and the store's name, if any). Deletion is completed within 30 days of receiving the request, and we will confirm it by email.
